MISSION STATEMENT:
The MDS Completion Service provides a Specialized Skill Set for ongoing maintenance and completion of the Resident MDS Assessment with associated MDS tasks during the temporary absence of your regular MDS Nurse in the Post-Acute/Long-term Care setting to advance resident and facility success.

SERVICES PROVIDED:
  - Maintain accurate and timely completion of your scheduled MDS's
  - Maintain scheduling of MDS's with ARD review for best capture of resources used
  - Review Transmission reports to reduce default risk
  - Participation in updating Care plans post MDS Completion
  - PDPM reviews and scoring
  - Case Mix reviews
  - Revise/Update 672/802 if needed
  - Ensure communication with IDT for accurate data and ARD dates.

EXPERIENCE:
  - Trusted MDS Nurse since 1990; Proficient in above MDS tasks and more
  - Employed in Long Term Care/Post-Acute Care for 41 years
  - Point Click Care Proficient

CREDENTIALS:
  - Registered Nurse Licensure in Washington State since 1978
  - AAPACN member
  - Pursuing RAC Certification
  - Member of WHCA

This service provides an "extra pair of hands" to assist in completing above tasks while your regular MDS Nurse takes time off or when needed...
